Return Policy

If you would like to return an item due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns or Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you do not receive your shipment within 30 days of receipt, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Any item that is not original, damaged or missing parts not caused by us, and returned more than 30 days from receipt of the item will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Caution:

Please do not return any order for reasons not communicated.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To complete a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase from you.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Refund time depends on the payment method. Please see below for details:

If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the return or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank for any additional questions.

If you paid via PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for the refund to officially arrive.

Then, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund arrives.

If all of the above steps have been done and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chiccharm.group.

Shipping

For returns, you should contact support@chiccharm.group. Our staff will contact you and you can return the goods with confirmation. If you return the goods without confirmation, our warehouse will not be able to recognize the sender, which will result in you not being able to get a refund.

No deduction will be charged to the consumer for the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchange to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Caution:

If it is not a quality issue, you must pay for the return shipping costs yourself.

Return Address

Please contact support@chiccharm.group for the return address. (Do not return your product until you receive an e-mail confirmation from support@chiccharm.group).

Important Note

Returns or replacements are only valid for devices purchased on chiccharm.group. If you purchased your ChicCharm device from a third party seller, please contact the seller.

Once we receive your package and check to make sure the warranty is still valid, we will issue a full refund or replacement for all eligible products.

Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the unit must be in “like new” condition with the original sealed packaging intact as much as possible. If the unit is returned without a reason, we will deduct the return shipping cost from the return amount.

For all returns, please pay for shipping.

In the event of a malfunction/DOA, we will reimburse shipping costs after inspecting and confirming that your unit is under warranty.

Once you send us an email regarding return and refund issues, we will reply you within 24 hours on business days. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please check your spam inbox.
